- A Fully Customized Meal Plan - a one-day plan
- A 10-Page Nutrition Guide - including information on using MyFitnessPal to track your food intake, flexible dieting, macronutrients, a grocery list, tricks to beat hunger, supplement recommendations (supplements are NOT necessary but can be helpful), and more!
After purchase, you will fill out a detailed survey to let me know any/all information relevant to your nutrition history, goals and restrictions. Then, I will get to work on creating your custom plan! I'll try my best to include your favorite foods, your preferred number of meals, and any other preferences you have while creating a plan that will help you reach your goals.
