- A 9-Page Training Guide including information on how to perform the exercises, rest times, progressive overload, types of cardio, tracking your calorie burn, and more.
After purchase, you will fill out a detailed survey to let me know any/all information relevant to your training history, preferences and goals. Then, I will get to work on creating your custom plan!
