After purchase, you will fill out a detailed survey to let me know any/all information relevant to your training and nutrition history, preferences and goals. Then, I will get to work on creating your custom plans!
After I send you your plans, your coaching period begins. Then, once a week, you will send me your weekly check-in email. Your check-ins can include anything you like - you can ask questions, come to me for motivation, let me know how you're feeling in terms of hunger or energy levels, or anything else.
Once I receive your check-in email, I will extract your food data and weigh-ins from your MyFitnessPal account and will use this data to analyze your progress and adherence to the plan. I'll send you back this data in easy-to-follow charts and graphs, so you can get a visual understanding of your own progress! And, if necessary, I will make adjustments to your training and/or nutrition plan to ensure you're on track to reaching your goals.
