If you don't need ongoing support and weekly check-ins, a one-time plan will work great for you!

Each plan will be fully customized, based on your own fitness goals, dietary preferences, experience level, genetics, prior injuries, and more.

For the nutrition plans, you can choose whether you want custom macro and calorie targets or a meal plan. If you choose to have macro targets, you will follow a flexible dieting approach, which means you can choose what to eat with no restrictions as long as you stay within your macro targets!


But, whether you choose macro targets or a meal plan, I can work with whatever preferences you have - whether you’re vegan, keto, or have other food preferences or restrictions.
